Embroidery is normally used for logos or wording on shirts, caps, sport bags, pencil cases etc… The embroidery comes in many colours. The easier the wording to read, the better, when it comes to this style of advertising. Embroidery is best for multi coloured logos for a small number of items.
Screen printing is great for advertising on tee shirts, polo shirts, corflute signs, sports bags, hats, etc. A wide range of colours are available. Screen printing is a complex process - designing the artwork, exposing the artwork onto a silk screen, applying the ink to the substrate and drying. For each colour to be printed a separate screen is used and the artwork is layered for the final effect. Screen printing can be used for one sign to many signs. Please note that one sign will cost more than 50 signs, so sometimes more is cheaper.
